Do you wish you had relationships you could be completely yourself in? Do you seek a community where you can bare all about the struggles you face without judgement or rejection? Do you crave connection with women in a safe environment? Our sisterhood might be the home for you.
A safe space to just be seen,
heard and held just as you are.
Held Space is a self-paced women’s healing community that guides and supports you as you heal, grow and elevate in all aspects of your life.
In this sisterhood we welcome you in all of your shadow, your pain and your imperfections, and we hold you so deeply that you feel safe letting them all go.
A place where you are accepted just as you are. Where you will never be told that you are too much or not enough for our love and support. Where you will learn just how worthy you are of loving, nourishing relationships.
A community that wants to hold you up and see you win in whatever way you choose. To be the mothers, sisters and girlfriends you never had, especially when you needed them most.
You have looked far and wide for “your people” and you still can’t seem to find them
Held Space is for you if…
You want to be part of a community that is having a positive impact on our society
You crave connection and vulnerability with women you can trust and rely on
You are prepared to embark on a trauma healing journey no matter how messy it gets
You see yourself as someone who gives without the expectation of receiving in return
You have a drive to become the best version of yourself you can possibly be

Each woman’s needs are different and therefore the benefits she receives from the space will vary. Some results you can expect to gain from being held by us are:
Repaired sisterhood wound that formerly prevented you from having healthy relationships with women.
A better understanding of your own authentic needs and desires, and how to meet them according to what suits you best
Boundary implementation that invites supportive energy into your life while keeping harmful energy out
A sense of belonging and acceptance as the unique woman that you are, reducing the need for external validation
The ability to navigate emotional upset, minimizing conflict in your personal relationships
Better attunement to your body’s cues, enabling you to have a more secure and loving relationship with her
A safe space to come undone and still feel unconditionally supported in your process
As always, the energy you devote to the space is directly correlated to what you will receive from it. In this self-led process you determine the level of commitment that suits you best and then we, as your sisters, honor that.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Human beings are a socially wired species. We thrive in community. Our social behavior is a critical part of our ability to adapt and evolve. This dynamic allows us to come together and do things that we wouldn’t be able to do independently.
-
Women have a different set of emotional, physiological and psychological needs. The topics that will be covered in our course material are specific to meeting those needs.
In addition, one of the objectives of the space is to heal ruptured relationships between women, which is more challenging to do with the presence and influence of men.
-
The denial of pain has only caused our wounding to deepen and amplify. We’ve all faced a vast range of experiences that misshaped the way we foster relationship with ourselves and others. In order for us to feel inherently whole, we get to acknowledge the parts of ourselves that we are rejecting. We can never feel whole as long as we’re avoiding that which will heal us.
-
Trauma informed somatic practitioners are the main space holders. We will also receive guidance and support from various types of holistic experts. Ashley Sperber Hirsch is the lead facilitator and she will often be accompanied by her business partner Alicia Buivis. They have over 15 years of combined experience in the healing arts.
