Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship

In my practice I’m committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of my work. I recognize that trauma affects individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, and it is essential to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone seeking my services.

I understand that access to trauma informed coaching can be limited for marginalized communities due to various barriers. Therefore, I have established the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarship to ensure that individuals from underrepresented backgrounds have an opportunity to benefit from my expertise and support.

This scholarship aims to address the systemic disparities that exist in accessing trauma informed coaching by offering financial assistance to those who may face financial constraints. I believe that socioeconomic status should not be a barrier to receiving the care and support individuals need to heal from trauma.

In awarding the scholarship, I prioritize individuals who identify as belonging to marginalized communities, including but not limited to people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, individuals with disabilities, and individuals from low-income backgrounds. I recognize the unique challenges that these communities face and am committed to uplifting their voices and experiences.

Through this scholarship, I aim to create a more diverse and inclusive client base, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment where individuals from all walks of life can feel valued and understood. I strongly believe that incorporating diverse perspectives and experiences enriches my coaching practice and enables me to provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive support to my clients
