Held Space Member Agreement

This agreement is made between Held Space and the Member. 

The Held Space membership in which you are eligible to enroll includes the following:

Access to our private Held Space community on the Circle platform, where you can chat with other members and receive support from trauma informed practitioners

  • 1 60 min monthly presentation on the designated healing topic of the month

  • 1 60 min monthly co-regulation (nervous system healing) circle

  • 1 60 min monthly guest speaker presentation hosted by trauma-informed practitioners &

  • healing experts

  • 1 60 min monthly Q&A call that includes “live work” healing with Ashley

  • A library of self-healing resources and techniques (such as reading suggestions,

  • journal prompts, meditations, guided breathwork, somatic exercises, etc.)

  • Archived recordings of educational trainings and healing experiences

  • 10% discount on all ASH coaching/mentorship services

Payment: Your selected payment method will be kept on file and charged every month ($99 USD) until you cancel. The start date of your membership is the date of enrollment, and this is the date on which your card will be charged monthly. All payments are non-refundable. 

Cancellation: A formal written notice of cancellation must be submitted to Elora, our Held Space Concierge on Circle in order to effectively cancel your membership. A minimum of 30 days notice is required. At the time of cancellation, the client will be responsible for one full billing cycle. 

Confidentiality: All materials and content shared in this membership are both confidential and property of Held Space. Members may not copy, share or distribute any of these materials outside of the membership. This pertains to all written and video content, including but not limited to, channel posts/discussions, downloadable content/resources, and recorded videos. 

Members: Held Space is solely for individuals who identify as women. Male-identifying persons are not eligible to participate in this membership. Should anyone enroll who is not eligible, they will be asked to leave the space and they will not be issued a refund.

In no event is this memberships or its practitioners responsible for consequential or special damages. Please also keep in mind that this program does not serve as a substitute for the advice of any other professional, such as a therapist, psychiatrist or doctor. Outside of live gatherings, this program does not offer any exclusive access with Ashley Sperber Hirsch. We also reserve the right to remove members from the space at any time due to harmful or inappropriate misconduct. Members removed for this reason will not receive a refund of any kind. Terms of this agreement are subject to change and we reserve the right to do so.
