  • Each week will cover a module related to 1 the 4 spiritual bodies (Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual)

  • Each module includes a pre-recorded video with Ashley and corresponding assignments to do at your own pace

This self-paced course is a healing education and with the right intention, energy and willingness you will integrate the learnings and wisdom of each module. Even the most experienced self healer can gain new insights into a deeper layer of themselves they were not yet aware of before.

Workbook assignments

The assignments provided for each module are there for you to have a direct experience of the Module subject, so you can fully integrate and embody the lessons into your being.

Assignments include meditations and written assignments. The amount of action you take on the assignments will determine the level of integration you achieve in each module.
